By accessing or using the ForgeOS platform, website at for-geos.com, or any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and ForgeOS Ltd. (“ForgeOS,” “we,” “us”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
ForgeOS provides a control and governance platform for autonomous AI agents, including runtime guardrails, policy enforcement, audit logging, and enterprise deployment tooling. The Service may include web dashboards, APIs, CLI tools, on-premise components, and related documentation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at adam@for-geos.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accounts may not be transferred without our prior written consent.
Certain features require a paid subscription (“Plan”). By subscribing you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the applicable fees. All fees are stated in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
We may change pricing with 30 days’ advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service and all related software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by ForgeOS Ltd. or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the Service.
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, but no less than reasonable care, and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORGEOS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ForgeOS Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
